1. Information We Collect
When you create an account with Badfish Surf Club, we collect your name, email address, date of birth, home address, phone number, and emergency contact information. You may also voluntarily provide a profile photo, bio, and surf experience details. We collect payment information through our payment processor, Stripe, which handles all card data — we do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to manage your club membership, process session registrations and payments, display your public profile to other members (if you opt in), and send you communications about club events and updates. Emergency contact information is stored solely for safety purposes during club events.
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with Stripe for payment processing, and with other club members only to the extent you have enabled a public profile. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Photos
Profile photos and surf photos you upload are stored securely and are visible to other logged-in members only. You may delete your photos at any time from your profile page. By uploading photos, you grant Badfish Surf Club a non-exclusive license to display them within the member platform.
5. Data Security
We use Supabase for secure data storage and authentication. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We take reasonable precautions to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Your Rights
You may update or delete your account information at any time from your profile page. To request complete deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at the email below.
